Hey everyone,
I tried using the search and didn't find anything relevant.
I recently bought a 2001 Pathfinder SE, and noticed that the compass will only register between E and W.
Thinking that it wouldn't bother me that much, I found it quite annoying during my road trip.
Any way I could fix this or reset it somehow?

Edit: The temperature gauge works fine, just the compass is out of whack.

Thanks in advanced!!!!

P.S. I'll try and post up pics in the intro thread asap.

I think your explanation was just fine. Look through your owners manual or download the FSM in the "How To:" sticky at the top of the forum and recalibrate it. If that doesn't work let us know. Good luck!

Besides recalibrating (owners manual calls it "Manual Correction Procedure"), you also need to set the compass declination based on where you are. That's in the owner's manual too.

If you don't have the owner's manual, you can google one up.
