If I were 20 years younger I might look at it.......after it's been around a bit to determine reliability.

perhaps a lower priced competitive player will help keep the other's prices a bit lower in the long run.....other than that

It's made to compete against the Mustang and Camaro. It's just not in the same class as the Infiniti.

Reminds me of the Dodge SRT4. Fast and cheap...that's it.

It is. If nobody else is going to do it then I applaud Hyundai for stepping to the plate.

Agree with Joe.

And lert me tell you the pony cars are better than ever.

I'd pick the 2011 Mustang over the Hyundai coupe. More hp better mpg same quality. Only thing Hyindai has over the Mustang is the warranty. But I think it is a small compensation over the legend of the Mustang.

Ok ok enough of the Mustang. LOL

Rich any picture of your mustang?

well, I thought I was sort of applauding them...sort of....

zozo, if they could give me a driving experience (not talking HP) like I have with my G AND they could give me a sexy exterior like the G's, I would consider another stang....but, they continue with that retro crap. Love my G! ....but, I will be checking the new 2011 GT out!

Yeah not big on the retro thing either. For sure it isn't on the same page with the G especially interior wise. However I think it is well comparable with the Hyundai.

By #'s the 2011 handles better than the G.

i applaud hyundai cause they are really trying to repair their brand image...

but i want luxury and sport so i went with infiniti... the hyundai coupe could be a good track car... i mean it does have a 10yr warranty...

It is what it is. An inexpensive sporty car. They might get the younger person that can't afford a G, but if your blood is Bow-Tie red or you love the Blue Oval.....that car ain't gonna do a thing for you. Hyundai will learn that that passion goes back to the mid-60's and they aren't a part of it.

Quite frankly, I would rather have a used G.

OK, so I finally went in sat in one....My local Infiniti dealer (owners) own the Hyundai dealership next door. So, I was checking out the G37 Anniv and M37 and decided to go next door and give the Genesis coupe a look-see.
Still don't like to exterior look.
And, liked the interior maybe a little less....I did, however, like the caps they had on the tire valve stems. :dblthumb:
