hey, i was just wondering if someone could tell me any common problems found in used 96-ish 240s? i am very interested in purchasing a used 240, seeing as my 90' maxima just crapped out on me for the last time.. *tear.Is there anything i should be looking for in perticular? with the manual trans? or with the auto trans?

tapping noise under the valve cover is usually a broken upper t-chain guide. luckily you can just remove the darn thing and be ok. it is not needed according to nissan.
other than that, the s14 is pretty problem free.
