well you have a 4X4

try something no one else has done (or at least out of the norm) and see how it goes!

for example... i made a 2wd race truck.... not many of those out there

see what fits you and take it from there!

PEZi720 you forgot to mention spark plugs. I use E3's.

I usually go with NGK's. But I really don't know what's best.

What are the benefits of changing out the stock for a Weber, other than the Weber is probably cheaper than going to the dealer for a new carb?

Well Pulstars usually run $50 a pair. (correct me if I am wrong)

A full set of E3's will run you around $50 (8 plugs).

A full set of single platinum NGK's will run you around $25.

All three of these will get you more performance.

I know from personal experiance with multiple cars E3's increased the HP and MPG from the install. Also I have not recieved any negative feedback from any of the customers that I recommended them to.

Some of the best upgrades are the ones you create yourself. I am thinking of taking some fender flares off a Pathfinder to see how they look on my 2wd truck.

its easier to work on and offers better performance

yup.... they're a bit pricey.... $200 for all 8... if you can find a deal on them like i did than i'd say its worth it though.... deals come and go... just gotta look for 'em

they offer slight performance over E3 (not noticeable) but they have a warranty to last longer than E3's (i'm not 100% sure on this)

You can do a headlight swap to HID and cluster overlay.

Have any of you guys tried changing the coils. Haven't gotten mine back yet but I used two MSD blaster coils so I can't say if there is an improvement in power.

well you could always think about a turbo, i actually droped a ka24 in my '84 720 out of a 93 240sx and dropped a turbo on it. a small garrett 22/24 but its worth it. i like the z24 but it carburated, i just did a change and went to fuel injection. im currently building an sas. dana axles.

I put in a Accel yellow coil on the intake side, no real noticeable difference that I can tell.

Had two Accel silver street coils on my Z20. Noticed somewhat quicker revving but same max rpm.
