common 2nd generation altima problems? advice please?

Hi, I've been a 240sx owner most of my life. And I was looking to get a used 2nd gen 98-2001 altima for my little brother who is going to college soon. Hopefully it will be something trouble free for the next year or so. I was wondering what common problems did these years of altimas have? essentially, if i was looking at a used one right now, what should I look out for?

Timing belt, if you do get a second gen, replace it ASAP.

Other than that my KA motor has 87,XXX and it's running strong with regualr oil changes and etc.

There's no belt, it's a chain, and normally doesn't need changing.

I've had a 1st and 2nd gen Altima (still have the 99) and no issues with either. Regular oil changes and maintenance and that's it.
