The stock injectors and MAFS should be able to handle 12 psi. If you upgrade the turbo then you will need new injectors, MAFS, retune on the ECU, etc.

Is your current ECU tuned for the cams?

no my current ecu is not tuned... its stock, because i am at stock boost right now...so your saying if i get the 256 cam and tune my ecu, i dont need bigger injectors and i dont need a z32 maf...i just need the ecu tuned for 12psi right?

Fast write up? are you asking me?

you don't really tune ecus based on a specific boost. i run a stock ecu and run 13ish psi off the t25.

however, a set of cams will upset the idle and move the powerband around. the stock fuel map is based on where the stock cams place the power band.

No man...I was asking SpeedRacer1

But you are correct in your understanding of his response. You should be ok with the current injectors and stock MAF.If you are going to upgrade everything, make sure you let whomever is tuning your ecu now EVERYTHING you are adding on.

Email me with what program you have, how you tried to install it on your comp etc, there is a step or two thats not really given to people.

No, but to get the best potential out of your cams you should have something compensate for them. You can run them with a stock ECU, you may want to get adjustable cam gears as well.

Cam gears are to help better tune the cam timing, along with ignition timing and the ECU tuning you would net the absolute best results. But you would need to get the car on a dyno to get any real results.

I'm not going to tell you what to get, you need to do research and find what cams are best for you. You'll want to get cams with the same amount of duration but if you can figure out whether its better or not to get cams with staggered lift is all something to take into consideration.

Though 256 ~11.5mm lift should be good enough for any of your hp requirements, it is up to you with what you want to do with the car ie: power, streetability, emissions concerns.
