Let's see. There's Jay #1, and Jay #2, and Percy's gold Q, and..who's the 4th Q belong to?

Very nice Jay (and Percy). It's always fun getting together with other Q owners.

Actually, I'm flying down Friday and will be out your way (Rosecrans/Sepulveda) Sunday and Monday. I'll email you this evening.

What's Tom's NICO name?

If you come over to Cincy real quick we can take a picture of 4 of them lined up as well ... no pie pans though.

I'm biased toward BBS, but nothing rolls and stays straight like OEM piepans. Nice pic!

Jay,

The pictures come across looking great!

Everyone notice how shiny black is?

Left to right;1) converted active with pies2) restored active with Texasoil 9 piece kit and OEM BBS3) non-active with 18"4) partially restored active with 4 OEM actuators and OEM BBS

We had a nice 3 hour breakfast.

BBS do because they are stronger since they are forged.

When I get my RGR mounted, maybe worth a trip in the summer.

I just made that grill shot my desktop background.

Are those wheels the Fitapaldi's or BBS? I'm still not clear on the differences. That looks like what I have, but Jeff Williams said I have Fitapaldi's. How can one tell?

Dan, mine and Bruce's are the BBS forged alloys. one can tell by the 'BBS Germany' stamping inside the center caps.

these basketweaves are the 15 (30) spoke design, i've seen other similar that were the 10 (20) spoke design. Not sure if those 10(20) were the BBS/infiniti design.

thanks for the props.

Its pretty intense to have 3 active Qs, 2 of which are currently working nicely, its a shame that Tom converted but one can understand.

It's pretty difficult for me, but I have never had one. Seems to occur mostly to owners who didn't research what exactly they were buying and what was required to maintain it.
