I just want the Amazing Fantasy #15. And I could die happy.

And none of the ones I have would ever be worth anything. To many copies in circulation. Not like back in the old days.

perhaps.

they gain value due to copies disappearing, getting destroyed, or just not on the market though.

that and the bottom fell out on the comic market about 10 years ago.

they may be worth something later on in life though.

I re-read most that I have anyway though.

Mine have been read to pieces. With the exception of a select few issues. Web of Spiderman with the Spider Armor. Amazing 375, gold foil cover with spidey and Venom, my first comic. The two foil cover issues with the final two Green Goblin battles (Harry). The one where Aunt May died. And Sensational Spiderman #1, the one with the new and now old costum for Ben Riley.

I have Spiderman Unlimited #1 somewhere, but I don't know where. "Maximum Carnage" : part 1.

I have quiet a few more, but all from that time period forward. I stop reading after the final battle with Norman.

I would probally get back into reading them, but I dont know of a local Comic book store. My old one closed down.

I will have to find a new one, after all this talk of Comics.

Man, the only semi-interesting comic I have is the first issue of Robotech: The Macross Saga. And sadly, I know it isn't worth much...

(edit) But I do have the first issue of Playboy magazine, from 1953. :D
