cometic headgasket ?

I recently bought a cometic headgasket for my stock sr motor. I recieved one for 88.5mm instead of the stock 86mm. Would it still work if I use it.. or do i need the 86mm??

that's WAAAAY too big. With a JDM gasket (much better than Cometic, unless you feel like decking the block and the head), you're safe all the way up to 87mm... with a Cometic, you wont want to go any higher than 86.5mm. Return that crap, get your money back, and go with Tomei/HKS/Apexi/Power Enterprise. I have an extra Tomei, email me if you want to go that way.

i would definately return it and not only get the correct size but go with a different brand such as one of the ones mentioned above..dont go with greddy either
