combining 300zx tt wheel sets?

What i am thinking is buy 2 sets of 300zx tt wheels and take the 16x18.5s off each and sell the remaining as an NA set? or are there some discrepencies that will tip people off? or anything else?

you cant fit ther 8.5 wheels on your car without a huge spacer...but no one will be able to tell the difference if you sell 2 sets of front TT wheels as a NA set.-chet

hm, is that true for both the front and the back? and how huge of a spacer are we talking?

like 1/2" or more maybe. a 42mm offset(I think, the exact measurement is in the FAQ) for a 8.5" wheel would be INTO the strut housing on our cars... anyways, it qould require more of a spacer than I would ever safely consider using.-chet
