I haven't seen a thread on it, so I figured I'd do it just to make sure everyone knows, it's hard not to. I want to also mention a connection to it. My dad is a former Air Force pilot, he trained with shuttle Commander Rick D. Husband in Oklahoma in the early 80's. Rick was also the guy to go up in the tower with my mom to watch my dad's first solo flight. Needless to say, he's been a bit shaken, even though they didn't really keep up with each other. I'm not promoting stopping life and watching the coverage, I just want everyone to remember those who have died for humankind's quest for knowledge.
