if your going by a cop or sumn in an intersection, and in a red/yellow/weird color car thats highly noticeable then his eyes subconciously follow the car, like if u see a yellow car outta the corner of ur eye u get intreged and look.....

It all depends on the driver of course, but a bright colored car is more likely to be noticed.

red usually is more effective being it's a bright color and draws attention.
