color problem!!!!

i have an old vg30e that came out of my 89 maxima the valve covers are red but waht shade of red is that. i was going to rebuild the motor and either stroke it or turbo but i am leaning more towards the turbo side or both (NA) but i have tried so many colors and they are no where close so any answers

You could take them to a paint shop and they should be able to match the paint for you perfectly. Not sure if there's a color code or name for the color, sorry.

I love my VG's "testarossa" too!

Turbo is the way to go as stroking the motor really does not give a "bang for the buck".
