Color Code on Pathfiner

2001 PAthfinder LE Production us 12/2000

color code on the firewall says KYO....but my car is a dark brown. KYO was silver it says on some website....

i'm trying to find some touchup paint for some minor scratch.....i've seen duplicolor has something called brush pewter...is that the color of my car?

my car is not silver not gold....its like a dark brownish color....please let me know thanks

It's not possible that your vehicle has color code KY0, that color was only available for 2002-2004 Pathfinders. That color is chrome silver, my Pathfinder is color code KY0, here's a pic...

Are you sure it wasn't KX0? That is a bronzed gray color, that seems closer to your color description. You should probably double check your placard, I'm sure you just read it incorrectly.

ill re-read it later today. def not a C...it def starts with a K but thanks i just neeed some touch up paint to put on some areas....all the kragen doesn't ahve any duplicor ones so i might need to order online.

I got my touch up paint from the dealer, it's pretty cheap for a small ball-point tube of it and it's guaranteed to match your cars color.

If there is nothing close to brown you described, could it be a custom paint? What is the fire wall color?

That's KX0 (bronzed gray). Weird thing is that color was only supposed to be on 1998-2001 Pathfinders, but it's on newer ones as well (like in the picture). What's more weird is the fact that before 2002, the bronze gray color looks a lot more silver than 2002-2004 bronzed gray. They are completely different colors.

thanks seems like duplicolor doesn't make that touch up paint...guess i got to go OEM....unless someone else knows of any?
