Luckily, I did not have damage the extent you did. However, it was $1700 (canadian) to replace my rear bumper (Nissan parts) and properly blend in the paint with the surroundings. Within that was $300 for a glass company to remove/install the rear windows.
Also, there was some hidden damage that was repair for $700-$900 (the evap cannister that sites behind the right wheel had a crack, my gas cap loose light would start coming on randomly). That was a hard one to get them to fix because they were convinced I was just leaving the gas cap loose. But the cannister was cracked (they return the parts that are damaged).
You seem to have quite a bit more damage than I do. While our cost to repair parts is higher (I assume, I live in a very economically strong region), you still have a lot of work ahead of you because the entire side of your car needs repair. I would assume you would be blending paint into the doors as well, at least on the passenger side. My only concern would be how they plan to repair the quarter panel - the other parts are easily replaced.
You should make sure you deal with a reputable shop that has a warranty on their work, and a reputation/history so they are around. Also enquire with your insurance company if they have "preferred shops" and if they offer any additional guarantees on the work when you go through them.
Good luck with your repairs.
