You are placing a lot of faith in this agency ^^ cause I'm sure they'd never make any mistakes. And your idea that the FBI wouldn't be tracking him if he weren't doing anything wrong is foolish. Given the opportunity, the FBI would be tracking all of us. If you don't believe that I'd really like to start taking whatever it is that you're on.

The FBI isn't exactly benevolent. It has a long history of questionable acts. The fact they are tracking this kid doesn't make them right and him wrong. It just seems like it's typical post-9/11, federal law-enforcenment procedure. Patriot Act at it's best/worst.

But I think we all agree his reaction is strange. He seemed too calm about it all, almost amused. I'm pretty sure if this happened to any of us, we would have raised hell. Especially if the FBI showed up at out house to threaten and intimidate for the return of the device. I would have been on the phone calling an attorney and every news station I could.

However, my name is based on irony, considering I live in a dry town beseiged with archaic blue laws and a summer full of Class 1 renta-cops who masturbate to images of Blackhawk tactical gear. My opinion of government and law enforcement is based on most of my family and friends being employed by various state and federal law agencies, and a degree in Poli Sci. I try to think my opinions are balanced, but stories like this really make it difficult...
