Yeah lol...... As for Cali... it's ok I guess. The only reason I would watch PAC 10 is because my wife went to Oregon State so she is a Beaver Fan.orangeNblue wrote:....well almost unstoppable, he's never beat Auburn (lol)
I agree, I think alot of it has to do with being forced into a conference based on school size regardless of ability.orangeNblue wrote:A lot of teams in our conference seem to have Put all your hopes and dreams in the hands of one phenomenal player and then when they go pro have a year or two of recession. I really do hope you guys go to the top, unless Auburn is there with you of course. And most likely because of the BS BCS you guys will play BYU or Boise St. and hopefully destroy them so all these announcers that bash the SEC will be shut up....
Don't you just hate how undeserving teams like USC and Ohio St..BYU and Boise St get held up so high but in reality just play in garbage conferences
Well South Carolina set Ole Miss and Snead back but I don't think Tebow should win it. Florida is so good any one playing QB would win games. I think this year Colt McCoy get it. Snead still has a shot but it is McCoy's turn this yearorangeNblue wrote:He is definitely very talented. I'm just really curious to see how well he performs under heavy defensive pressure. Their next three games will be a true test of his overall value. Sadly, I think Tebow (unless someone upsets him somewhere thru the year) will probably win the Heisman, especially since its a bias vote. Other quarterbacks like Greg McElroy and Colt McCoy are looking pretty stellar this year too.
This BCS stuff is really annoying. Auburn is 3-0 won every game by atleast 10 points, we're leading the SEC West and we still aren't even ranked.....but Kansas is?? And USC got a bashing from now ranked 24 Washinton, but is still ranked 12?? I just don't get it....
Well this is the an off week for teh Gators so it gives Tebow roughly two weeks rest. I highly doubt he'll miss the LSU game.jdansmith wrote:Tebow is out for a while, should get very interesting.
Que? You mean when he got rocked by that Kentucky lineman? He was escorted off the field, or are you talking about why he was just sitting on the sideline instead of getting in the ambulance asap?orangeNblue wrote:I just don't get why Urban Meyer left him in the game.
I do, when they play the GatorsorangeNblue wrote:And is it just me or does anyone else just wanna see LSU lose?
NFL GMs don't base their draft decisions on just stats. Tebow can put up two Heismen, rushing TD records, yards galore, 3 championships and he still won't get drafted high. Look at Jason White and Eric Crouch. GMs know what they are doing, unless you're a Raider fan and Al Davis' senile a*s is making GM decisionsddgsxr504 wrote:Ahh, gotcha. Well the only reason Tebow stays in is I'm sure he's racking up stats for his NFL draft.
That would be a waste of talent if that happened. He is an awesome QB, then again he does run the ball alot lke a RB/TE.orangeNblue wrote:Its true that he definitely won't be top 5 but I could see him going to a team who uses his size and talent. He's got too much hype behind him not to go first round bc he has a lot to bring to the game. But Jake Long has a way better chance of being drafted as a quarterback than Tebow. Maybe he could be another Matt Jones and step into a wide reciever/tight end spot....
