Cold weather issue

Question, When its cold like it was today,40- 32degree ish, Car just floods, and wont start, Lil bit of starting fluid And Voila Starts right up, Anyone else having this problem? Im curious to know what it is?

nods head not me all i have is a normal cold start issue im in md how cold is it in oh

its like 30-40 degrees, it was snowing yesterday, I took off my idle air and all that stuff, but it used to do the same thing B4. who knows.
