Just a reminder for everyone. Cold weather = brittle fuel lines. If you get a little whiff of gas when you turn on your heat, check your fuel lines for leaks. It's way dangerous to leave it alone. If you suspect one, a little talcum powder on and near the hoses and connections can help you track it down.I (hopefuly) fixed a pretty bad one today and thought I'd bring it up. Carry on.

They sure can. My leak was the lower of the two 3-inch long connecting hoses near injector #6. It was +3*F when I started and around -3*F when I stopped, so I just cut both short lines with a razor and replaced them both to save the struggle. No leaks today, though!I wish I had a garage.

Same here on the garage thing.I replaced the two hoses back by #6 but today I found the culprit. It was at the front right below the plastic cover on the drivers side.tightened the clamp and fixed it for now but I need to figure out how to replace that 3" hose.Gonna take some disassemble tactics for sure.

If it was warmer, I'd take a look and try to help you out. Maybe next week...

lol No worries ..Just a few brackets loosened and I can get to it,luckily I was able to put about two full turns on the clamp. Its not the original clamp either so it may have been just loose to begin with .

I'd stick with OEM for fuel line clamps if at all possible, all stainless steel for sure and much better design than the garden/hardware/auto parts store variety, and only $2.69 each (list) price.
