Whats up guys,

I replaced teh spark plugs on the VQ with some NGK v power plugs..When its cold outside, it will turn over and die immediately unless i give it a bit of gas, then it operates fine. I have never driven it at night prior to changing the spark plugs, so to be honest, i dont know if its a problem the cars had, or if it is new. I know the manuals say to use platinum ngk's but no one had them in stock, so i opted for the v powers. Has anyone heard of an issue with cold start problems after replacing plugs? It starts fine when the car has been sitting in the garage/outside. The problem doesnt come up until night time when the cars been outside and the temps drop. any suggestions on what to check?

Also, is it normal for it to idle at 500 rpm's in Drive and about 800 in neutral? Havent owned an automatic in a long while...thanks!

when was the fuel filter last replaced?when was the last fuel system cleaner put in the tank?

if its been a little to long, just run a fuel system cleaner through the gas tank, or sea foam through the brake booster hose, i prefer both, but I can be over the top about engine cleanliness!!
