Anyone have problems cold starting? On my first startup she only turned over once. Now she doesn't seem to want to start at all in the morning. It takes a while for her to catch after stumbling a while. And it's really rough, probably not too healthy for the engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your ECU temp sensor, the ECU can retard timing to help cold start and idle. Does your dash gauge read temp correctly? Also Idle Air Control Valve needs 12v power, check for that.

You may also want to check your O2 Sensor, a dead one tends to do that.

I am running a electric water temp gauge. Could that have an effect on it?
