cold start problems

Well i have been working on this for a while and am totlay lost, i know many people have experienced this problem, just wondering wht you did to fix this.

the car: a s13 sr20det chassis harness witha ca18det motor.

well i have been trying to start me RWD ca18det and all its doing is flooding, when i pull all the plugs they spark, and i have fuel and it turns over. there when i try stating it there is no vacume being created, or atleast its not shown on my boost gauge. also the revs are maybe like 100 rpm, maybe.

also he ecu codes are 13(water temp sensor), i changed out the water temp sensor to a new one.

also i getting 43 which just started coming up a day ago(trottal possistion)

so i don't know whats up its looking like the engine harness is bad, but before i got a new chassis harness it was running fine so i am totaly lost,

if someone can give me some help it would be very apreciated.
