As of recently in the morning or when my 2005fuga sits for a few hours when it starts it has a stutter right before the engine rpm goes normal (for a cold start) .almost as if the car is struggling

Has anyone encounter this?

Could be a lot of different issues...weak battery, failing spark plugs, other sensors, etc.

Do you have any check engine lights?

Could also be a pending code. Do you have access to an OBD-II reader? How many miles on the car?

Check it with the reader...a pending code won't trigger a light, but it'll be in the system as a fault code. Could give you a direction.

If you have no codes...I'd start with the basics such as checking that you have no vac leaks, etc. if all of the other stuff (like plugs) is good. If there is a leak, the MAF/TB might be trying to compensate, and hence rough idle at least initially.
