Cold Start: Possible Issue?

So for a while now I've been having questionable issues when cold starting my 2.5 cvt. Since i had my car in to have the manifold replaced (due to recent recall) and in for scheduled service my cold starts have gotten worse. Before it would bounce around a little between 1500 and 2k before settling at 2k for a couple sec then slowly rev back to normal idol which all seemed to be as it should. But now it revs up as if it were normal but then revs down quickly almost as if it were being choked and bounces around. I can't explain it well so i took a video. Hopefully i upload the video correctly and you can actually see it. But before i go around in circles with the ever frustrating dealership mechanics i thought id come here first and get your input.
