I'm 99 percent certain that the DC power to you seat heater is controlled by a relay.
The contacts on the relay are supposed to open when the ignition switch is turned off.
The fact that your seat heater continues to heat after the ignition switch is turned off implies that the contacts on the relay are sticking in the closed position, draining the battery overnight.
Suggestion: Find the relay, and temporarily unplug it. If your problem goes away, you need a new relay.
