IACV or air regulator for cold start issues. Try adjusting the idle via idle screw on IACV after warm.

if you fix the cold start problem, which is usually caused by the air regulator located under the throttle body being faulty, it should idle ~1400rpm or so on cold start. After warming up, the idle will drop down to 850rpm (or whatever you set it too). Idle can be adjusted via the idle screw on the IACV.

check the resistance on the air regulator though. It should be 70ohms I believe.

would this problem be caused by not having the hose that gos to the iacv going to my cold pipe?

It could. I never tried running without it, but I would definitly think that could be a problem as well. Hook that up and see how it runs after that.
