So recently I have started getting a really rough idle on cold starts. It idles rough up until I drive it and when I drive the car it is still powerful. When I go into neutral before a stop, the car starts idling poorly and bogs down like it is about to die... But when the car is warm it runs like butter. No problems what so ever

It sounds most likely that you are having issues with the IACV (notorious for the issue you mention) and it's connectors, or possibly the CTS and it's connector due to lower temps/cold starts.
The best fix is to replace the unit and with a new one not used, and get the upgraded harness with the weatherproof connectors so you don't go through it all again. Be ready to replace the hoses linking it all together as they will most likely be brittle and possibly your issue if one is cracked. When doing that PITA job, I myself went ahead and replaced the PCV and hoses on both sides since it was all old and brittle.

Thanks for the reply and help. I found out that I had a vacuum leak. The z is running smooth as butter now. Thanks again

That's great, glad you got her fixed!
Be sure to keep what I mentioned above in mind for the future as you most likely will have issues there, and with the other sensor/component connectors as well. The connectors are not weatherproof and after 26+ years will be brittle as well, and if it's a '93 or older the injectors will fail from ethanol and age which is a great time to do all connectors and harness as well as the newer style injectors.
Also be ready for PTU harness issues for the same reasons and location on front of engine, plus possibly the CAS connector. Nissan really did us NO favors with their hasty and ill-advised work with crappy engine connectors and redundant/excessive sensors.
