Cold Misfire?

I thought I had cleared my misfire issue but im thinking I still have one (dunno exactly what a misfire feels like but im guessing this is it?)

temp gauge showed maybe 1/4 from cold pulled onto the street and went to give some extra gas and she didnt seem to want to accelerate anymore and rpms didnt rise, let off and shifting was normal (usually only give the extra open throttle when warm), after the temp went up I was able to give however much gas I wanted

plugs have 5-10k miles on them
-- changed fuel filter last gas tank if that matters
-- Z1 engine flush last oil change and due for new oil
and btw.. do failing injectors make a ticking sort of sound? thinking cyl 3 injector is starting to go, has an audible tick/click to it

prob gonna get some s*** for this.. but i still havent checked my timing think its retarded but not major
