Cold air intake

just wondering what is the difference between the sohc intake and the dohc. Im asking because i have a 90 240sx sohc and i was looking for an injen cold air intake and all I can ever find is a cold air intake for a 91 to 94 240sx. if I were to buy the cold air intake for the dohc motor would it work/mount ok on my sohc?

Their a little diff but you can fit a DOHC intake on a SOHC , i know from experiance cause i did it.

do you have any pics you could send me. cause on the dohc motor isnt the intake manifold lower than the one on the sohc. I was thinking of buyin the short ram intake from injen for the sohc then buyin the cold air extension for the dohc motor.

hey did u ever get the dohc on the sohc and what mods did it take to do it if so ?

why dont you just buy the cold air extension for the sohc.if you cant find it, go to pro car parts.comi know they have it and i think its cheaper than the dohc one.
