i have the cold air extension, the intake cant actually suck in water unless it is completely submerged. just watch out 4 those puddles!!

I believe that most of the water will evaporate while being sucked through the filter. However, like stated earlier watch out for puddles, b/c when that water enters the intake and bypasses the filter going into your engine, it ****s up combustion in your cylinders, I could also imagine a decent amount of water causing a lil rust in the throttle body, correct me if im wrong here guys.

If it rains hard easy on the gas pedal and everytime you see water puddles just keep your foot of the gas, that should make it little safer, I think.

Your car, if all the items are intact, is designed to block-divert-withstand water. Unless you rerouted your intake by a wheel well or inches from the ground. Dont even worry bout it, tis pointless.
