I just had an Infiniti dealership install a Stillen Cold Air Intake on my 2004 G35, and it ran fine for a day or two and now it has a hard time holding the RPM's in idle. It drops to around 500 and jumps to 1100 and back down.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Well, since the dealership installed it, they would have known to be careful with the MAF sensor, I would hope. Try disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery (the black one) and then pump the brake pedal a few times. This should drain power out of the ECU and reset it. Reconnect the terminal and take her for a spirited run and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, go back to the dealership and let them deal with it. They installed it so they can't deny you warranty work if need be. Even if they try to deny you warranty work, they must be able to prove that the intake caused the problem, which it shouldn't have.

I would also try to reset the IAC...

Follow the reset procedures from the G-Series FAQ page (see my sig)
