I just bought a G35X 2008 awesome car. Anyways i am looking at getting a Cold Air Intake. Will the Stillen with Z-TUBE found on Everthing G35 website fit the 2008. Do you guys recommend the Stillen or something else. I want to add more power and i heard it gives better gas mileage. Thanks.

Welcome to NICO.

You have to purchase cold air intakes for the HR motor, which has dual intakes.

You were on the right website, but you must look up parts for 07+sedan.

Out of the 3, the stillen Hi-Flow Intake. It provides an outter section around the filter to try and prevent heat soak.

Not enough difference in performance to shell out the extra money for the long tube.

couple MPG difference highway driving. On the HR motor, 5-10hp difference. The sound will be amazing though and make it seem like more.

I have the short ram. Have you purchased the intake yet?? I have problems with the MAF sensor cables. There is no where to attach them. They just stick out where in the stock air filter box they clamped down. What have others done? I will try to post a picture later tonight to show exactly what I mean.

Not sure if it looks like the earlier gens, but if it does, the MAF wires are light and shouldn't cause any strain on the connection.
