Cold air intake mounting problem

So I ordered a cold air intake from ebay and it didn't come with instructions so I looked up how to do it.. I just couldn't find a single one for my s13 .. so I attempted to install it and I did.. only problem is I have no idea where to mount it except for ontop of the radiator. And the silver brackets that came with it I have no idea what to do with them or where to put them.. I don't want to be driving around with it moving around.. if anyone has any experience with this please help me out

you have to remove the MAF from air box and attatch it to your new intake. one of the brackets mounts close to the top of the driver side head lamp. then use the stock airbox mounts to attatch the other bolts. what brand is it?
