For Intake:

I heard that it doesn't matter about the piping, it's all about the air filter.

For the Exhaust:I recommend checking out the 240sx and Silvia chat and look for the sticky "S13/S14 Exhaust." A lot of positive results and a good reasonable price.

Assuming your car still maintains the KA24DE (stock engine) the truth is the most important part is the intake tube length. The AEM unit I believe makes the most power and is available at a reasonable price. The filter really makes no difference as most are K&N knock Offs and all flow relatively similiarly. When buying an intake look for an intake tube that get it's air from the drivers side of the engine compartment as it is a fact (Dyno Proven) that a short intake chamber robs power on the KA's

I have had a lot of luck with the Apex-i exhausts. The world sport is a great OEM replacement exhaust and is somewhat subtle than the others that most offer. Depends on the look and sound your going for. If you want low tone and upgraded stock look the World Sport (WS) is my choice. The N1 is great as well. Has a nice low tone and makes good HP and torque gains. A little more aggressive look however.

Just my .02
