Which one should I get? K & N doesn't list a kit for my vehicle. Can someone send me a link or point me in the right direction?

I installed the K&N 57-6011 in my 2001 QX4 with no problems. Officially, it was only supposed to fit the 01 Pathfinder, but I didn't have any problems. The only complication was that the filter was a bit of a tight fit, presumably due to the HID headlights. Dunno if the fit in Pathfinders was any different, though.

The 57-6011 is supposed to fit a 2003 Pathfinder as well, so I'd say give it a go.

If I wanted to do the cold air intake and the PlugChip OBDII Plug In Chip,
does it matter in which order I do them?

Could you list what parts you bought for this? I am interested in doing the same for mine!

you can choose your piping from: http://intakehoses.com/Merchant2/mercha ... y_Code=ITN
click on straight intake tubing and i think it was the 7" tube i got, the link for the straight intake tubing is down right now for some reason but you can get any pipe like that and i believe this pipe is 3.5" diameter

then you can buy the air filter cone on ebay and the maf sensor adapter also on ebay,
the vacuum lines were also purchased on ebay, i forgot what size they were but you can measure the stock tubing you took off and get the diameter.
you will then find two barbs that fit the tubing (found my barbs at lowes) and then drill the metal intake tube to fit the barb. then you seal the connection with jb weld(which held up pretty strong)
lastly i painted the intake tube black and connected everything.

the post for the build is here and in this thread the lines were red, but i changed it all to black:

How do you keep the Hot air being recirculated from the engine into the cold air intake when the hood is closed?

He doesn't. I view these as more of a hot air intake. The stock setup at least pulls air from inside the fender, this kind of setup usually has a negative effect.

ive been looking for a way to have a shield on there to block engine heat, i know when im driving its okay cause air comes through the front by the radiators and up into the engine bay also, i traced how my stock air box was and that too pulled air from my engine bay and not my fender, pulling out the air resonator from under the fender is how i found that out
-cold air also come in through my fog light vent and up into the hole thats right under the air filter

If you really want fresh outside air for your intake, as opposed to a warm-air-from-under-the-hood intake, then that is what you need to do: Cut open, or remove, the resonator in the fender well, and remove the black air box.
The resonator is white, and looks like a cow's udder.
I cut off all the closed bottoms of the "udders", and also drilled a few extra holes in the front of it, just behind the fog light vent grill.
I also cut a hole in the top of my air box (under the hood) and installed a K&N drop in filter.
Works great and sounds great.
Didn't improve gas mileage, but it did improve throttle response. No more hesitation.

Some time ago, Fueler did a write up on how he rigged up a fresh air intake with a 4" flex pipe.
He ran it from the front bumper vent grill up into the air box.
I'll see if I can find the posting.
Edit: I think I found it. Hope this link works:

That's what I have done to my pathy, the only thing I haven't done is add a tube/Hose from the fog light vent to the hole below the air filter, because I was worried about sucking in too much water when it pours rain lol
