LOL, went to Lowe's to pic up a few parts for the cold air induction. We found a Rectangular duct inlet w/ a round end and some cheap, bendable, flexable metal dryer duct (for your dryers).

I pretty much just clamped the inlet and the duct together, and then flattened and wedged the end of the tubing into the ovalish hole leading to teh box. Then installed those two "hoses" that come with the stock box and aimed it into the end of the duct

well with the K&N drop in and thie cold air induction, it actually did make a difference. Please don't flame me on this, but it was more than noticable. Before, my acceleration felt like there was a 600 pound fatso in my trunk. Well, that may be exaggerating, but right after 4000 rpms, it shot up pretty fast. a LOT better than before.

Here's a few other pics of the extra hole being plugged up. All I used was an oil filter cap (the one's that can be reused, in the oil section of Autozone) and a coolant drain plug. I spraypainted the screw in plug black, so if a cop tells me to pop the hood at the races, then they won't ask wtf that white plug does. LOL

I don't have a camera...there is a nico meet in 9 days. I'll ask someone to take pics of it then Yeah..why would you seal the extra inlet??? Your motor has got to breathe and on the high end, you'll notice it. Run a second hose down the same hole.

well see, I didn't take those two stock hoses off, so i didn't run the two hoses straight down. It breathes fine, even better because more cooler air from outside is getting in. I noticed a better pull
