Ouch, moisture in the connection? obviously it won't be there now but the green corrosion is kinda leading me to beleive it was there at one time, you could try to clean it up real nice and put a very light coat of conductive grease on the tips of the pins ONLY. then try it again. maybe they won't be toast.then again that last pic is not too encouraging

Yeah I cleaned em up but really no difference noticed. There is a wire on my harness that shocked the hell out of me.I didnt know what it was because it was 4 wires tied together going to the packs. It looked like a ground to me at first.I called yury at HT and he said to just tape them up and put them aside? Ill post a pic of what I'm talking about a later.I'm not gonna be on until Tuesday so I let yall know what I find.

that shocking wire situation sounds a little scary. i would open that section up and see whats going on. that out of sight out of mind stuff isn't going to solve anything.

sound like a short in the coil between the primary and secondary coils.

you should NOT be getting a shock from the coils wire harness.

i would replace the coil that is arcing.

It is definetly NOT out of mind! I think I'm gonna call heavy throttle to try and get that whole wiring assembly replaced. All four coils are arcing. That is why I think it is the harness.I'll post a pic of what I'm talking about.

somethings wrong. its very odd to be getting shocked from the wire.

and the fact that all of them are doing it just makes the problem stranger.

not very odd to get shocked by wires that are uninsulated and loosely connected though. i haven't looked closely enough at my coilpack harness to identify those wires, but i bet it's normal to see current there. yes i realize that there was probably a few wraps of tape around those at one time ,but it's not the same as a proper connection.
