For now, a cheesy cam phone pic. i will later upload pre-coil and post-coil pics of the car.

Coils are ksport pro's and RUCAS are Intense Motorsport brand. (NICO sponsor with a killer group buy)

UPDATE: driver side done. rear is a little lower than i thought it would be but maybe its just because ive been rocking 17 yr old suspension and thats what im used to looking at. Now for a snack break, then back to do the pass side. and yes, im slow doing this, but this is my first time doing coils.

actually, yes i do know height is adjustable but i needed to get the car sitting on the ground to determine what height i needed.

yokota, im aware you dont like ksport. i dont care what you think, to be honest. this is my daily driver, not some hardcore track slut. i bought what i bought because i have a budget and these fit my needs.

im aware that ksports are not baller status. i dont care. its better than struts/springs IMO and i have no regrets.

ive also readjusted the rear today to give me a two finger fender gap front and rear. i like the look and ride thus far. preach at me all you want, i like em yokota. please dont me

no dude, your getting it all wrong

its not about being baller track status ****its baout the fact they are a horrible ride, horrible spring/valving match

im speaking purely on technical terms

not personal

i know what youre saying man and im sorry i got kinda defensive about it.

id love to be able to afford silkroad/etc, but for me, this was my best compromise of suspension/$. I am aware that the valving and and springs arent perfect, but i dont require perfect, just a comfortable ride on my daily jaunts.

someday i will purchase a really nice set of coils, but for now, this will do. thank you for your input/concern/opinions. i like your taste in vehicles and what you say does make sense.

thanks for the heads up. i knew about the megans doing that but to be honest, i only need these to last me til next summer at the most. for the $110 i paid for them, meh, screw em. they are functional.

before and after pics will be up shortly, after i get the camera back from my friend.

yokota was right in his review of the coils, the *** end is bouncy on rough roads. the valving is not ideal, no. live and learn. but overall, i drive on nicely paved roads and this is my DD so no crazy cornering or w/e on my way to work and back. for that purpose, these are great.

when i decide what route i want to take with my 240 build up, i will most likely get some nicer coils but for the price right now, meh, not too worried. body roll is greatly reduced. thats nice
