Coilpacks

is anyone using the LS1 coilpacks? I heard that they carry a charge longer like 60ms or so compared to the 19ms stockers.also has a seperate ignitor located off the engine. can anyone verify this for me? also how did you go about wiring them up? i'm looking to purchase a set, and just want to hear from someone that's gotten proven results with them. (i.e. running methanol or nos with improved spark)
