I am having some trouble with my coil packs / ignition system not generating spark. I can cycle the engine and there is no spark whatsoever. There are no breaks or cuts in the four signal wires coming from the ECU, there is a switched power (Red/blue) going to the relay / ignition and shows 12v. I am seriously at a loss as to what to do next and will pay someone at this point if they are good w/ electricity are willing to trouble shoot so I can finish up this swap.

What I have done:
I have verified that the CAS when spun will cycle the injectors and the vehicle is getting fuel.
I have checked and verified .8 Ohms on the Coil packs
I have installed new Spark plugs.
I have verified that the Timing is dead on.

What is next?

Anyone wanna make some $$?

did you just put the engine in? has if ever ran in the car before? what ignitor are you using? have you checked the the connector for the coilpack subharness to see if your getting 12v there?

Any signal pulses to and/or from the igniter?

Sounds like a bad igniter/ignition amplifier, or no power to the ignition amplifier. The ECU doesn't run the coils directly. There is another part that takes the signal from the ECU for the coils and uses that to run high current power to the coils and allow them to fire. When that component fails, or doesn't have 12V+ power, the coils won't fire. The fact that NONE of the coils fire tells me that it's most likely that the ignition amplifier either doesn't have 12V+ power, or is bad. It's more likely that it just doesn't have power. Generally they fail in such a way that you will loose one coil, not ALL of the coils all at once.

The car didnt have 12v running from the switched power source.

Car has the correct firing order now.

If you were closer, I'd wire it up for you, but you and I are in two different time zones, so my advice is to find a wiring diagram and I can help you better. Certain wires will need to be used with your car due to the lack of relays. Once the ecu is correctly powered, it provides whatever necessary switching needed to make the engine run. Again, things need to be hooked-up correct or "POP" goes the ecu.
