FSM states that the ignition signal is:

70mV @ Idle0.14V @ 2000 rpm

What can I expect if it was:0.2V @ Idle0.5V @ 2000 rpm

What problems can I expect to occur? Will it fry the coilpacks? Will it fry the ecu? Will it cause error codes or gremlins?

Any input would be appreciated.

Where are you taking this measurement... at the ECU I presume?

I think the coil pack is a passive device so you would just get more voltage at spark gap. Maybe Dennis will chime in as he is the BSEE.

The ecu provides a shift in base voltage to the switching transistor for each coil.................zero > to something positive............the coil fires when the primary current collapses base goes to zero. Mismatching the transistor with a different coil [different primary resistance] can exceed transistors capacity.
