coilpack harness question.

"I got this wire on the coilpack harness that appears to be a ground wire. Where does it go?



i think its F102 on the diagram, but i have no idea where it goes in the bay.

If its a black wire with a hole at the end to put a screw through, or a clip, ground it anywhere in the engine bay... If its the ground I think it is, the proper screw it was supposed to be gound to can only be accessed when the engine is out of the car since its on the back of the head.
