coilovers vs stock shock clearance

Which has more wheel clearance. A coilover or a stock strut. Which one will allow move positive offsett?

Struts will allow for more backspacing clearance... (between wheel and shock body)

in otherwords, it will allow MORE (i think thats what you meant) positive of an offset, but not by much.
