Will 350z coilovers fit a altima coupe? What other car coilovers fit a altima coupe?

Howdy Altimaboi.
I don't believe that the 350z coilovers transfer over to the Altima coupe. They're different chassis all together.
As for what fits, I would check out some other members rides in this section and see if there is any build info on their cars.
You could also check out the marketplace.

BC Racing makes coilovers for the Altima Coupe. It's called the BR series, goes for around $900
