coilovers

i just got some cusco coilovers for my 95 240sx they are stiff as sh** but the front right coilover makes this strange noise it is almost like a rubbing sound but im positive it isnt rubbing anything. has anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it?

ever since I lowered my car (I had it raised as high as it could go on my coilovers before) my rear suspension groans a whole lot. I am pretty sure its coming from where all the main arms and stuff are bolted to the chassie, etc. Tomorrow I am gonna go to town on it with lithium grease, I'll let u know though.
