Coilovers. I honestly think the 3.5 wheels look pretty good.

They are nice wheels but those meaty tires and there 17s :/ im looking to upgrade to 18s you think if i go with 18x8.5 xxr 521 they give me that flush look when im lowered on coilovers? I was think 18x10 but thats to wide for the front

you can pull off 18x10 in the front, you just gotta have the right offset.

I can get 3 out of the 4 of these for you. I used to own BC coils before I traded the Altima in.

A) Slammed: Yes. Very. Will go so low that you wont be able to fit a jack under it.
B) Handle Amazing: Yes. Corner flat. Especially with a rear sway bar and end links. It handled like a race car.
C) Great Quality: Although they are made in Taiwan, they were very good and sturdy coil overs. I never at any point felt like they were getting wrecked on regular roads. If you want to soften the dampening you might be able to get them close to a stock feeling, but then your strut will have more travel and you'll bottom out more. My personal experience is, the closer to the ground, the stiffer you want the dampening, the less comfortable the ride.

Which brings me to my main point. The ride is not all that comfy. On a butter smooth road it feels fine, but in the area I live (Northern Virginia), You have heavy traffic which wears the road, you have erratic winters that cause cracks and potholes, you have speed bumps in every god forsaken car park, and you have high curbs.

This is not a deterrent to buy them. I loved my coil overs because it drastically increased my cornering speed and stability at high speed. But if you want a comfortable coil over, it is not going to be a coil over you can slam to the ground. TEIN is very comfy, but they do not go nearly as low as KSPORT or BC.

Just as a point of reference, the BC's have 30 way adjustable dampening. Mine were set to 17/30 on the fronts and 19/30 on the rear. This was the mid range semi-performance feel. It was pretty harsh. Again, if you want a comfortable ride, go with TEIN. That's all from my personal experience. Opinions may vary. Not responsible for flaming or differing opinions on this post. All rights reserved.
