coilovers need help

im looking at a set of coilovers JIC magics but the car was in a front end collision this coil got a little tweak on it was wondering if this part is replaceable or if the entire coil is effed gimmie a clue...notice how on top of the strut shaft its bent ......thanks

why would you cheap out and buy something damaged when it could possibly kill you? is your life worth a couple hundred bucks

contact the manufacturer, but you will most definitely have to ship it to them to see if a rebuild is possible.

because i am paying very little for them and was curious if anyone new if it could be fixed or used the way it is ..if not i will buy a replacement one

So if someone offered you 300 bucks, would you hurl yourself in front of another oncomming car?.......

.....because that's what's going to happen if it gives out as you drive it in traffic.

I dont think JIC has any stateside support as far as rebuilding goes. You're gonna have to ship that mug to Japan and wait like 9 months for it to come back. imo, its not worth it.

but

iirc, i think I heard that you might be able to go to like a motorcycle shop to get them revalved... not sure, i think i read it somewhere... I dont think they'll fix that little bend up top tho...
