Im wondering which to get, they are the same price, and the track setup has stiffer springs, and they look pretty badass. Does anyone know the differences of the two except for the different spring rates. My car will be used as a Daily Driver that I want to take to autox and maybe some drift days.

O no this has never been covered before.

If you would type "megan coils" in the search field, you would get enough info to make a decision. Really depends on what you plan to do with the car. Obviously, the track coils are gonna be a lot more agressive than the street. So, a search would help you tremendously.

O ya, and people are gonna tell you things like this....."Buy real coilovers."

Megan track coilovers are as good for the money as you can get. If you dont have the money for something more expensive than Megans will be fine. If you have the extra money, than I would suggest the Stance. I have owned both and they both have a great feel.

.

I did search buddy, but no one really had much to say about them.. Some people have said that the tracks are actually a decent ride on the street.

Seems that you have a decision to make.

If it is a daily driver then buy the street coils...Hence "street"

If you are gonna use it more for the track, then get the track coils...Hence "track"

This is not a reason to make another thread about these coils. Most people on Nico hate megan anyway. Therefore make an educated decision based on what kind of use the car will see. Then buy the appropriate coils. Based on what you have said, I would say, make a decision and buy.

What you are looking for is an opinion. Your opinion might and most likely will be different from others. I know guys that like the megan tracks for DD and I know guys that say they are too hard to ride on. You really just need to make a decision and stick with it.

I just looked and megan sells springs for coilovers so if I didnt like the ride that the track coilovers offer then I could swap the springs for a lower spring rate for only $260. I think Im going to go with streets...

Better get used to it, if your not gonna search. Not to mention the fact that you are one of those, "I dont have any taste, so can you people choose the parts I should put on my car" people. And sorry, but we cant build the car for you.

Come to Jersey, give me $10,000 and your car, and I'll guarantee you like it, if you wanna have everyone else make your decisions, I can make them and install parts, without your input.

Ooooh! Looks like somebody did some searching! They're probably even stiffer than Megan tracks, but still a good choice!

I love my KTS coil overs. However they are a little rough for street use but the kick a$$ when it comes to auto cross. When it comes to suspension there is really no such thing as suspension that does both street and track well.
