I don't know if you saw my last thread but I ordered a set of coilovers from a guy in Canada and one of the fronts had a broken piece. The collar that stops the spring at the top was broken and would hit the camber plate. So I went to a shop yesterday and had them weld it. They couldn't weld the collar straight to to shaft because the collar was aluminum. So I had them cut a big washer to the right size and weld that on which then stopped the spring from going to high. Fronts are cuscos and rears are tein ha's. they feel very nice. I can lower it much more in both the back and front. I will probably lower the front a tad once I get the wires in the wheel well tucked up in the fender real nice. I had it lower before and I was having issues with the tire rubbing the wires so I raised it a tad. On to the pics.crappy interior pic. My camera always makes my seats look orange next I'm going to to try to fix the front bumper gap. I already have spacers where it bolts on to make it sit hire but its still sagging. Hope you enjoyed

Looks awesome man, glad you got the coilover situation figured out.

Are those the type 5 seats? I remember your thread about them but I forget which one you got. I just put my type 5 in, holds soooo much better than the stock seat. On and off ramps are fun again

yup type 5's. i originally wanted type 4's but they were out so i got a special price on these. i liked the look of the old brides like teddys with the squarish top but w.e. theyre so nice anyway. haha yesterday i scared the s*** out of my sister on a ramp, she always thinks its gonna let loose.

Haha I know the feeling. I actually kind of miss my vlsd for that very reason. I have to be extra careful with a welded.

But I digress. Car looks good, wheels are good, ride height is good, it's just good! I usually have something to say when people post pictures after coilover installs and such but you seem to know exactly what to do. Well done sir, carry on.

Maybe 25mm spacers all around?

What size are the fenders in the front? The p45r's fit perfectly under stock metal, if you have +30 fenders you should do 25mm's up front and it'd be perfect, you could even run wider tires, you'd have 5mm less to stretch. Rears definitely a 25mm, I think you could do it up front too.

awesome. I love them. I'm a 32 inch waste though. If you are any bigger than i dont recommend them. they says they fit up to a 36. yea..they "fit", but you'd be uncomfortable as all hell

is that really all you had to say

the fenders are 20mm in the front along with 20mm in the back. I would just like less camber in the back.

Less is more, good job.

The only thing that would bother me if it were my car is the universal lug pattern on the wheels.

what are the specs on the wheels? are they the 9j +12? if so id just do 20mm spacer all around, maybe even 15mm up front, since you are going for a conservative alignment.

definitely needs a spacer up front though.

looks a lot better in general though.

get those spacers and drop that s*** another inch!

yea theyre 17x9 +12. i think im gonna go drop it more right now. just a half a inch or so. I like to go little at a time and drive it around a while to make sure i dont hit to much. i just barely make it over the speedbumps at school

i dropped it more. but the fronts always rub the fender when i turn. how do you all you guys with flush tires pull this off? right now im limited to having it level with the top of the tire so i can actually turn. i just want it lower!

it looks really good i like your wheels.

just one question tho. is your front bumper supposed to have that fitment? every kit i see that is like yours has a huge gap around the hood and fenders. not flaming at all, just hate seeing nice cars with doodoo-a** fitment. lol

have you hammered the s*** out of your wheel wells? lots of stuff to rub on in there. you mentioned it, but make sure to relocate the harness as well.

knock off kit that came with the car. without taking the bumper support off its almost impossible to make it look pefect
