Hey all

This isn't a thread about how slammed you can go.

I was racing an M3 and passed him at about 120. The problem is, is at the end of a long hill, my car slams into the ground hard.

My coils are stiff - about 5 clicks from hard on the front, and 7 in the back, and I'm not that low, so I was surprised that it happened.

The other day, I heard a very spooky clunking. Turns out my left front strut got loose from the mount. It was simple to tighten it.

I have been getting some clunking in the rear, but its tough to get in there. I have a 1 finger clearance as it is. I can get to the dampening knob when its jacked up, but I can't see where its mounted. I want tighten it up, but I don't have a lift, and I don't want to get under the car using the stock jack included with the spare tire. Where does the strut get mounted? Can I get to it from the back seat or trunk?

Thanks

I don't think you can get to it from the back seat / trunk. Our cars dont have the holes for them. You just gotta take off the strut.
